Gems® type FT-330 are highly accurate and repeatable hall effect turbine flow sensors designed for low flow OEM applications. These low cost, NSF Std. 61 listed flow sensors are ideal for water or beverage dispensing applications or any application with water based liquids. The 316SS shaft coupled with Delrin®bearings allows for accurate measurements during quick dispensing cycles. The sensor’s standard power and output specifications make it easy to retrofit existing controllers.

Kobold® type DON oval gear flowmeters are categorized as positive displacement flow technology. When liquid flows through this type of positive displacement flowmeter, two oval geared rotors measure a constant volume per rotation within a precisely machined measuring chamber. With each rotation, a constant volume of liquid is measured. The rotation of the oval gears is sensed via magnets embedded within the rotors. These magnets transmit a high resolution pulse output. The output signal can be processed externally via a remote display controller or LC or via a variety of output/display options available as accessories attached to the flowmeters.

Kobold® type KSK plastic flow meters and switches are for liquids and gases. They operate on the variable-area principle. The medium flows upward through a conically widening plastic measuring tube. The float is lifted by the flowing medium and indicates the instantaneous flow rate on the scale attached to the flow meter. The meters are all plastic with bodies made of Trogamid® or Polysulfone to handle aggressive media.

Kobold® type EPS magnetic inductive flow meters are designed to measure and monitor the volume flow rate of liquids, slurries, pastes, and other electronically conductive media without loss of pressure and can be used in rugged environments. The measuring transducer can be connected to the sensor directly or mounted remotely. Pressure, temperature, density, and viscosity do not affect the volume measurement. Large solids and gas bubbles should be avoided. The EPS offers a variety of lining, electrode, and process connection options.
