    Kobold® type PPS Polysulfone paddle flow switches are for pipes 1″ and larger, and combine reliability with an economical price. They are also virtually maintenance free.     Kobold® type SM high pressure all metal flow meters and switches can be ordered with set point switches to actuate at a specific flow rate. The switches are mounted externally in a protective housing and actuated by a magnet within the float. This magnet can also be coupled to an external flow indicator, allowing for flow rate reading without requiring float visibility. The SM’s all-metal design offers high pressure and shock resistance. They are designed to handle flow rates much larger than their stated maximum range without damage, but with a larger pressure drop.

    Plast-O-Matic® type FIG flow gauges indicate liquid flow rates from low flows of 0-1 GPM to 0-10 GPM, even when used at high line pressures. Flow gauge sensors can be supplied with switches or relays to initiate alarms, activate other equipment, or shut the system down. Two switches are used when high and low limits are desired. Maximum line pressure rating is 200 PSI.

The transparent inner cylinder wall is Pyrex, a borosilicate glass that resists attack from most bases and acids with the exception of hydrofluoric acid and sodium hydroxide. The transparent outer cylinder wall is a high impact strength acrylic, ultra-violet resistant, and has an extremely high light transmission factor.
