  • Warrick 16 Liquid Level Controller

    Gems® type 16 open circuit board controls are engineered for general purpose single-level or differential applications. They feature spade terminals for easy wiring and provide sensitivities up to 1 million ohm/cm. The 16D has the same features and specifications as the 16, but also has DPDT load contacts to eliminate the need for slave relays. Common applications include single-level service, point level, valve control, low-water cutoff, differential service, alarms, and pump control.

  • Warrick 16M Liquid Level Controller

    Gems® type 16M solid state plug-in modules are designed for either differential or single-level service. They feature U.L. “Motor Controller” listing, an 8 pin socket with screw type connections for easy installation and service, and a sensitivity up to 1 million ohm/cm. Series 16HM provides higher sensitivity up to 5.5 million ohm/cm and a probe voltage of 12VDC for applications with low conductive media. Series 16DM has DPDT load contacts, 11 pin octal plugs, and eliminates the need for slave relays. Series 16VM features field adjustable sensitivity through external setpoint resistors and uses an 11 pin octal socket.

  • Warrick 17 Liquid Level Controller

    Gems® type 17 intrinsically safe controls are FM Approved for use in Class I or II, Division 1, Groups A – G hazardous atmospheres. They have SPST isolated contacts, and feature field adjustable sensitivity by use of external resistors. Common applications include hazardous atmospheres, pumps, waste treatment, alarms, sewage, and CP industry.

  • Warrick 19MR Liquid Level Controller

    Gems® type 19MR have a direct motor load of 30 Amps @ 240 VAC and are the ideal choice where pump up or pump down service is necessary. These controls eliminate the need for contactors because they can directly handle motors up to 1 HP at 120 VAC, or motors up to 2 HP at 240 VAC.

  • Warrick 26 Liquid Level Controller

    Gems® type 26 low water cut-offs are designed for boiler low water cut-off protection. A snap-through standoff mounting device is available. Optional power outage feature resets after nuisance outages, and an optional reset button is used when device has been deactivated because of low water condition. An optional test feature allows LLCO circuit to be tested without draining the water. A built-in 3 second time delay is standard, with up to 90 seconds available for increasing and decreasing levels.

  • Warrick 47 Liquid Level Controller

    Gems® type 47 offers complete alarm panel control in a single package. Powered output contacts allow quick connection of lights and audible alarms. Test and silence functions are built in. Unit also carries one SPDT master alarm contact for remote alarm activation. It is approved for Class I, II, III, Division I, Groups C, D, E, F, G hazardous atmospheres, and supplies four channels which can be used with conductivity liquid level sensors or dry contact sensors. The device functions as an alarm or single point control. Field adjustable for direct or inverse operation, it can operate separate visual alarms with a common audible alarm channel. Silence and test terminals are standard.
