Kodiak’s series DSM45 mini diaphragm seals are designed for gauges 1.5″ to 6″ in size and are also acceptable for pressure transducer/transmitters or other small displacement instruments. They feature an all welded design, a standard pressure rating of 2500psi with 5000psi available, and a female threaded standard process connection with a male threaded connection available.

Ashcroft® series 100 and 101 large diaphragm seals protect pressure measuring instruments. The top housing and diaphragm capsule are interchangeable with all Ashcroft bottom housings. They are commonly used for elevated process temperatures, corrosive service, isolation of the process for safety, suspended solids in the process, sanitary connections, minimizing process dead leg, and to ease cleaning between batches.

Weksler Glass® series DM-35 & DM-45 mini diaphragm seals are used to prevent the process fluid from entering the instrument. These seals come with or without a flushing connection. The DM-35 is used for 1.5″ to 4″ dials and the DM-45 is used for up to 4.5″ dials.

Ashcroft® series 500 and 501 large diaphragm seals are small enough to be used in compact spaces, but provide sufficient displacement to drive a wide variety of instrumentation. Their all-welded construction prevents possible process media leakage where fugitive emissions are a concern. They are commonly used for corrosive processes, processes with elevated temperatures, viscous process media, limited space, water treatment facilities, and where male connections are preferred.
