Gems B-CRYO Solenoid Valve
Gems® type B-Cryo valves are 2 way miniature cryogenic valves designed and built for service down to -320°F (-196°C) in applications needing a Cv between 0.045 and 0.44. Depending on temperature requirements, the B-Cryo can be configured for liquid nitrogen, liquid carbon dioxide, and other extreme temperature media. PTFE coated plungers, 316 SS guide tubes and plunger springs, encapsulated coils, and PTFE or Rulon seat seals produce a truly robust cryogenic valve for applications requiring high cycle life and media temperature control.

Gems BL Solenoid Valve
Gems® type BL latching valves allow the user to pulse the valve and have it change state. The voltage does not need to be constantly applied to hold it in a state. These valves are ideal for controlling larger pneumatic valves in remote applications where power is limited or when the temperature of the media cannot be impacted as it flows through the valve. The larger pneumatic valves can close and open large pipes and these latching valves control them. Latch refers to the valve in the open state where supply pressures goes to the external valve, while unlatched is when the supply is cut off and the external valve is exhausted to ambient.
