  • KS 94 Temperature Controller with Cascade Control

    The KS 94 single loop controller is configurable for ON/OFF control, PID control and motorised valve control. The output function can be configured for ?/Y/Off, position control, split-range control, and numerous 3-point combinations of switching/continuous control.

    Control modes are set-point, set-point/cascade, and programmer, each with the possibility of setpoint offset. The effect of offset can be additive e.g. reduced standby set-point or as a factor e.g. O2 correction or split load. Offset can be triggered by an external contact, whereby the value is defined via an analog signal or via an adjustable parameter.

  • PMA KS 50-1 PID Temperature Controller

    The universal KS 50-1 temperature controller is intended for precise and cost-effective control tasks. The instrument provides simple 2-point (on/off) control, continuous PID control or 3-point stepping control. The process value signal is connected via a universal input. A supplementary analog input can be used for heating current measurement or as an external set-point input.

    The KS 50-1 has three process outputs that can be 3 relays or 2 relays plus a universal output. This universal output can be used for operating a solid-state relay, a continuous current/voltage output or to energize a two-wire transmitter. Optionally there are two additional optocoupler outputs that can be used freely.

    The controller is suitable for a number of industry applications including:

    The KS 90-1 process controller is suitable for universal, precise, and cost-effective control. The instrument provides simple 2-point (on/off) control, continuous PID control, or 3-point stepping control.

    The process value signal is connected via a universal input. A supplementary analog input can be used for heating current measurement, as an external set-point inputter for position feedback measurement of motorised stepping controllers.

    The optional 3rd input is a universal input that can be used for several functions, e.g. temperature dependent setpoint correction or differential control. The standard KS 90-1 is suitable for oxygen control using heated and unheated O2 sensors.
