Harwil LC-1 General Purpose Pump Controller
Harwil® type LC-1 provides a combination of any two Harwil liquid level switches and an electronic control module mounted in a weather-resistant box to create a ready-to-go system for the automatic filling or emptying of tanks or vessels. The system is composed of an electronic latching/unlatching control module, a NEMA 4 weather resistant box with two standard ½” seal tight flexible conduit fittings, and a secondary 10A SPDT relay output. Each system is provided with a complete, descriptive parts list and an installation and wiring diagram for both level switches and control module.

Harwil Q-1 Flow Switch
Harwil® type Q-1 industrial flow switches are designed for extreme, long-term reliability. They detect and signal flow change and remain continuously adjustable while in operation. Six interchangeable orifices have 2:1 continuous switch adjustment. They are calibrated independent of line pressure and temperature, and maintain calibration limits when subjected to reasonable line hydraulic hammer or surge pulses. Harwil® type Q-16 switches are used to signal, start, or stop electronically operated equipment when flow or no-flow conditions occur. Harwil's patented elastomeric sealing system is superior to the metal bellows that are subject to metal fatigue and corrosion. This seal system has been field-proven for over a decade.
The stainless steel version makes it perfect for drinking and potable water. The stainless steel drinking water flow switch makes it a great alternative to other non approved brass flow switches out in the market. In addition, multiple size paddles come standard which allows the user to buy one switch that will fit multiple pipe sizes as well as various flow rates.

Harwil L-40N/L40VCR Level Switch
Harwil® type L-40N & L-40VCR side and top mount switches are made of corrosion resistant plastic with an optional metal pin available in 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C, titanium, Tantalum, or Teflon. They are ten times less sensitive from deposit and build-up of contaminants than sliding float models and are meant for use in particle contaminated fluids.

Harwil L-21N Level Switch
Harwil® type L-21N industrial level switches are low cost, high performance switches made from highly durable plastics. Commonly used on restoration tanks for carpet cleaners, they feature a variable liquid differential and a single point pump up/pump down level control. Interchangeable differential band modules, for all non L-21+ versions, allow for 5 minute on-site switching of differentials. The unit below has a 5″ differential and fits most Hydramaster and BLUEline models. Other differential lengths and configurations available. Please call or request a quote.
