Plast-o-matic® type ABV air actuated ball valves feature all plastic construction ideal for corrosive atmospheres. Direct manual override is standard on both the ABVA and ABVS models. The ABVA uses air pressure to open and to close, while the ABVS has a spring kit that easily converts the ABVA to “fail-safe” operation. The ABVA requires a 4 way air solenoid valve, and the ABVS requires a 3 way air solenoid valve to control actuation.

Plast-o-matic® type CKD valves are compact diaphragm check valves that are designed to prevent reverse flow or extremely corrosive and ultra pure liquids. They utilize a flexible elastomer disc for their sealing action. This sensitive disc offers very low pressure sealing, is self-centering, and requires extremely minimal pressure to move to the open position.

Plast-o-matic® type CKS valves are self-closing check valves that feature a normally closed design which is self-sealing, not dependent on gravity, mounting position or reverse flow, and a significant improvement over ball check valves. Leak-free sealing protects against the potential hazards created by reverse flow of corrosive liquids such as acids, caustics, and chlorine solutions.
Plast-o-matic® type RVDM in-line pressure relief valves eliminate crystallization problems and offer smooth, sensitive operation for corrosive and high purity liquids. They feature a primary rolling diaphragm and a secondary flat diaphragm which incorporates the Plast-o-matic patented Fail-Dry design for added protection. They are not recommended for applications with vacuum or back pressure on the outlet.
